Transcript kyle.bartlett 01:44 hey, quernie。 Queenie Pan 01:49 good morning Kyle。 kyle.bartlett 01:52 morning its afternoon now。 I'm just kidding. Queenie Pan 01:56 oh right。 Oh, so I'm in office today. Do you think is like lagging, like the Wi Fi is bad here today? kyle.bartlett 02:10 It's definitely not like it was that first day. Is it pretty slow for you? Queenie Pan 02:17 Okay, yes, I feel lik
hope. Really? Cuz internet or. Well, is everybody off still? Queenie Pan 04:24 No, they, we like in Canada, like we follow the Canada holiday, not the China holiday. kyle.bartlett 04:33 Okay, I got you. I didn't know if you guys did or not. Awesome. Well, sorry, I didn't wasn't able to connect yesterday. Hopefully you were able to get some stuff done onboarding wise. Yeah, this. Okay, perfect. Que
don't have access. Give me 1 sec. And then yesterday when I click like in the SOP, when I click some links and fill and see that still a couple there, give me 1 sec, 1,2,3. kyle.bartlett 06:40 They're probably all China based and they just haven't got to him yet since they've been off. Queenie Pan 06:48 Let me see this one I have. Give me 1 sec. Queenie Pan 07:02 So is the pipeline and then missin
pipeline is definitely owned by the China team. I do know that. And so is sell out. So we'll, they'll get you when they get back on. If not, just let me know and we'll take care of it. Alright, well, so for Walmart then, yeah, sorry. Queenie Pan 09:41 Sounds good. Queenie Pan 09:48 In another thing. Sorry, I have two question. This like from last week. So you show me the app or the website, alloy,
that you have that. Let you, let it, let you in, though. Think. Perfect. Queenie Pan 11:43 Oh, hum. I think Amanda submitted a request last week. Let me share my screen. kyle.bartlett 12:09 Oh yeah, nice. You're in the right one. Alright, so where you go? Yep, go to apps. The top. And then in here, Nova. Scroll down on yours. Keep going. Queenie Pan 12:14 And yeah. kyle.bartlett 12:45 Oh, minds al
reach out to the Walmart team and see what we gotta do to get you access. Yeah, because this is something that we do use daily, or not daily, but at least a couple of times a week. Let me see something for you. Queenie Pan 15:48 Thank you. kyle.bartlett 16:38 Okay, I thought I was hoping maybe they'd have an email, but yeah, I'll just reach out to the, there's a couple Nova, there's a couple guys
that in here. And then for order create date, you're gonna do current week. And that is it. kyle.bartlett 18:28 Then we just search and all we're doing is, so Walmart places orders on a daily basis and they place them in the morning. And so normally by 10 or 11 my time noon at the latest, they their orders are already all submitted. And so most likely, before you even have to worry about getting i
it being so bloated on my computer. So let me just copy this and bring it over. Queenie Pan 21:22 Hum. kyle.bartlett 22:02 Okay, so, alright, so what I did was I downloaded it and then it just goes to your downloads and it shows up as advanced Search XLS here. And then what you'll do, you'll go to Walmart and. You would go to processed Po. kyle.bartlett 22:36 Perfect. You should have access to tha
split out depending on shipment. And so if we look here, each of these rows is a skew. But if we look, so we've got 71 different POS, but we have 601 rows. So each POS, like whatever, hundred and 510 rows. Queenie Pan 24:13 Question. So they do one Po and one skill in it. So all Po has different Po number or they combine. Queenie Pan 25:01 Oh, so the Po is to their stores directly? kyle.bartlett 2
and they say, okay, for today, we need to order out of the 50 SKUs, maybe we need to order 30 of them. And I don't know, we need to order 10,000 units total. Then those 30 rows will show up on here as different SKUs. And then the system, there's their internal system will schedule it with talk to our system and then schedule it based on like their mabd. So must arrive by date, so 5,13. And then th
go to their DCS. But once they get to their DCS, they just, they cross DOC and they'll switch POS at that time. Or may, they might actually keep the same Po number. I don't know. That's all. And there, we lose track of that once it leaves our system, we don't really have very good visibility. Well, we don't have any visibility. And then no way but the cross DOC one. So all these though are still g
so we don't, or while that's fresh on them, our minds. kyle.bartlett 30:05 One second. I mean, might will just show you this and don't worry about how to get here. I know you don't have access but won't get shift straightened out later. I just wanna show you one thing, and it'll make sense why I am doing this. kyle.bartlett 30:37 Let's just select. Too quickly. kyle.bartlett 31:05 And then move on
ship after is obviously going to have an effect on must arrive by date. And so if Walmart, which Walmart, then what they do on their end is Walmart puts in their mabd, so must arrive by. And so if they're claiming for like this queue or the one if we wanna go back to our CPF or if we wanna get this one. So 5:00,13 is it has to arrive there by then. Normally, then what our internal system will calc
behind all this. The actual day that it takes is normally 3 ish, 4 days. But when you count in how long it takes for the supply to transfer from, even if it's cross DOC, if you count the time that it takes for it to transfer from one truck to the other, you know, s that when those trucks arrive, they might sit there on the lot for four days, five days a week. So it might like, say what it leaves h
then, oh, sorry, their truck, they, their truck come pick up from our DC on around 10th. And then it will take around 3 days to sit in there to arrive to their DC on thirteenth. I thought it would take two weeks from like their truck to the. kyle.bartlett 36:51 Yes. Well, that's. Ye, yeah, that so that's what I was just explaining. So let's say, oh, well, let me try it again. So let's say it leave
far? Okay, so then it will, let's say then they start unloading it and it's got, even if it's a cross docs queue it, then it will still take a full day at least to get from one truck to the other. And then you'd be surprised, sometimes it will then sit for another couple of days, be kept on the other side of the DC. kyle.bartlett 38:57 So I don't know if you've worked in a warehouse or, you know,
a lot of smaller, your smaller retail stores are only gonna unload on like Sundays. If it's your top doors, they'll probably, I mean, their top doors probably unload every day, but every other day, maybe three times a week. And so it'll sit there for a couple of days, and then by the time the employees get it out onto the floor, might be a day. So it's honestly not too unheard of. And so now you,
realistically, let's say that it's only on the road for three days and then three days. So let's say realistically, if they ship it and it's on the road for six total days, it might be three full, it might be 21 full days before it actually gets onto their floor to sell. Queenie Pan 42:14 Hum. Got it. Yeah. kyle.bartlett 42:20 Does that make sense? Yeah, and honestly, what makes it hard is with Wa
stores by the 13th and then, and to the store, not the warehouse, but all the way to the store. And then if there, if it's a top store and they unload their truck that same day, it could be getting sold by the 14th. And so that's literally nine days only. So it can go from anywhere from like a week all the way up to a month. And so where it makes it hard planning wise in to where you, that's why w
reporting works is we're not gonna get that information until the following Monday, so the 18th. And the that data that we get on the 18th is as of the 16th, so Saturday. So we're already now two full weeks'worth until we, on our end, are even able to see that it only took 3 days for it to get to the store. So it's, the timing issue is also something that you have to take into effect, and that's o
